The owner of this exclusive Brisbane inner-city restaurant and function centre wanted to upgrade and extend the existing commercial facilities into a boutique venue, with the addition of a 69-room hotel. The existing three-story structure was extended to five, while an additional heritage building was integrated into the design, adding respect to the historic character of the street front.
